Delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched once payment has cleared, usually within 2 working days.

Delivery is door-to-door in South Africa by courier. After dispatch, most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days, depending on your area. Remote farms and outlying areas can take longer.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Tracking is sent by email once the order has been dispatched. If you need it on WhatsApp, contact sales@fleetfeetequestrianonlinestore.co.za or the office on 081 801 0855.

Please keep the packaging until you have checked the order.

Courier to Namibia can be arranged on request. Email or WhatsApp before you order so we can confirm the cost and timing.
